The Problem With Democrats
We bitch way too much. We bitch about Republicans, Evangelicals, CEOs...And now we are turning on our own. We bitch about Howard Dean the first time he says something that is true, but maybe a bit insensitive. We bitch about Evan Bayh, even if we happen to be aDemocrat from Indiana, because of one uninformed vote. We bitch about Hillary Clinton and say she is too liberal even though she is, in fact, a centrist.
The Republicans have found success because they have been able to rally behind a man (without one ounce of bitching), even though that man is dislexic ex-alcoholic cokehead who says really stupid things all the time.
The more we turn our backs on our own leaders, the weaker we get, and the closer we get to a time when bitching is all we will be ABLE to do.

I have bitched about Hillary Clinton for a long time: 1) One she is too conservative for my taste; 2) I hate the conservatives who pillory her for being a "liberal" without bothering to learn anything about her. It really just smacks of kneejerk misogyny.
Because a woman in politics is CLEARLY a liberal...simply because she doesn't like men making decisions about her body...never mind her views on other policies.
