While perhaps funny, you do know that it is not factualy true.
In fact, as much fun as people liked to make of GWB and how supposedly stupid he is, we learned during the first election that he did better in college than did Gore.
Isn't a better question why did both candidates do so poorly? Couldn't we have an above average candidate? Is that so much to ask for?
You have to focus campaigns on qualifications, instead of demeaning and embarrassing attack ads. I would run for office if I thought my 3.8 GPA would be discussed. Less likely if my party habits during school were the topic of interest, or if a group called "IU Grads For Truth" appeared and accused me of cheating on my midterm exams.
We impeached our last President, who was a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford, because he got a blowjob.

Clinton was impeached for lying about geting a blowjob to a grand jury. The fact that he was before a grand jury being asked those questions was a criminal waste of time and money.
