Duck Cheney Gives Birth to 11 Children

A duck who took up residence in the main walkway to the Treasury Department has been under the protection of Secret Service agents for the past four weeks. The duck, dubbed Duck Cheney, then hatched 11 eggs and was transported to a park by a federal motorcade. The duck and her ducklings then walked to the water, completely unaware that they would be the first and only living beings to benefit from a Bush administration environmental policy.
